Customer Guarantee and Satisfaction Policy

Products and workmanship sold by Drapery Connection are of the highest quality. This is our guarantee and assurance of satisfaction:

• All products are warranteed in service at least one year or longer, as guaranteed by the manufacturer.
  
• All workmanship will be to the highest standards of the trade. Tailoring will be to the specifications ordered. In the event of tailoring error, we will pick up, re-work, and re-hang at no cost to you.
  
• Even if a product is out of warranty for years. If it is not functioning correctly, we can repair or replace the item at no cost or minimum cost.
